Exiled.

In the spring of 1971, the Rolling Stones were exiled to the south of France due to overdue taxes. There in a mansion Keith Richards rented called NellcĂ´te, the Stones wrote and partially recorded one of their greatest albums, Exile on Main St. They stayed up all night recording music in the basement of the mansion, and their time spent there has become the stuff of legends.
